How to give your dog a pill?

If the pill is appetizing most dogs will spontaneously take it. They even ask for more sometimes!

You can also mix it with something or hide it in a treat. Otherwise you can make them swallow it. Always give a positive reward (gesture of affection, smile, give a treat...) afterward .

If really not possible you can ask your vet to help you.
